1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 197 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. Never share your login details with anyone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must report this to the 197 support team immediately via email. 197 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt or damage the technical functionality of the platform.
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering activities.
- Transferring account balances to a third party without authorisation.
3. Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 197 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Funds may only be deposited from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
- 197 does not accept third-party deposits.
- All deposits are subject to review and verification by the platform's system.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
- Accounts must complete full identity verification before the first withdrawal is approved.
- Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
- 197 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

4. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Account Suspension and Closure
197 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these terms, or has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity. In the event that a suspension is found to be unwarranted, 197 will return the valid balance to the user upon completion of the investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via email. Closing an account does not eliminate any outstanding financial obligations.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, logos, text, software, and other elements on the 197 platform are the exclusive property of 197 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 197.
